Please read our policies carefully before placing any order.  🔐 Privacy Policy: We collect only necessary information such as your name, contact number, address, and order details. This data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service. We do not share or sell your personal information to any third party.  We may use messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Messenger, or SMS to confirm or follow up on your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to receive such communications.  We use basic tracking tools (e.g., Facebook Pixel) to improve your shopping experience and to show relevant product promotions.

  🔁 Return & Exchange Policy:

                                            We strive to provide the best quality in every order. However, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:  The product received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault (e.g., cuts, holes, severe stains).  You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item.  You must send us clear photos or videos as proof of the defect.  We do not accept returns for reasons like dislike of color, size issues, or change of mind.  All orders are shipped on Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. The delivery charges are always paid by the customer and are non-refundable, even in case of return.  If the return is approved, we will offer an exchange or a credit for your next order. Refunds in cash are not provided.
